About Multicultural Care

Role Overview

The Chief Operating Officer (COO), reporting directly to the CEO, will be a critical member of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for leading operational effectiveness, clinical governance, quality assurance, safety protocols, and service excellence within our aged care, home care, and disability service divisions.
