Role & Responsibilities

• Correct structural issues including columns, staircases, and retaining walls.
• Manage restroom renovation projects.
• Coordinate with vendors to facilitate maintenance tasks.
• Perform partition construction works as required.
• Conduct periodic inspections of both new and existing buildings, reviewing and improving preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for managerial approval.
• Collaborate closely with the Electrical department to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise and track work progress, ensuring contractors adhere to schedules and complete tasks timely.
• Identify and source alternative, cost-effective materials while continuously monitoring their outcomes.
• Create necessary drawings in conjunction with the drawing department.

Additional Information

Mandatory Skill: Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

Location: Siruseri, Chennai

Compensation: Gross salary of 30,000 INR monthly plus additional monthly bonus.
