Cleaning Supervisor

Role Overview

Ventia is hiring a practical, hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to oversee school cleaning operations across Collingwood Park and Augustine Heights. The role is based onsite, with responsibility for two school locations while working from one site each day.

This is a full-time position with a total remuneration package of $75,000 TFR, including superannuation. The intended start date is as soon as possible.

Work Schedule

The standard roster runs Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm. Some flexibility is needed for earlier starts or later finishes when required.

Key Duties

You will lead cleaning teams, maintain service quality, and help ensure both school sites remain clean and safe. The position involves supervision, coordination, inspection, reporting, and day-to-day problem solving.

Site Coverage

Although the role covers two schools, you will work from a single location each day rather than moving back and forth between campuses.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support cleaning staff across both sites, check that tasks are completed to a high standard, carry out inspections and quality reviews, complete reports and administrative work, address issues early, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

What You Need

To be successful, you should have prior experience supervising cleaning teams, solid communication and reading ability, and intermediate computer skills with Excel and reporting tools. A current driver’s licence, access to a dependable vehicle, a National Police Check issued within the past 3 months, and a valid Blue Card are required.
