Position Summary
The Chicago Bulls are seeking a driven and organized Community Engagement Associate to support the Community Engagement department throughout the regular season. This role involves assisting with daily activities and programs, as well as supporting initiatives in partnership with Corporate and Community Partners. The ideal candidate is passionate about service, detail-oriented, and a strong team player, suited for an emerging leadership role.
This position will participate in the Bulls Rookie Program and commence in September 2026, continuing through the 2026-2027 season.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Community Engagement and Chicago Bulls Charities programs and events
- Schedule and handle payments for scoreboard messaging
- Coordinate in-kind donation requests
- Manage organization of the department warehouse
- Oversee the department's Community Engagement email account
- Assist with community activations and charitable ticketing programs
- Plan and execute at least one Community Engagement event/program
- Organize Chicago Bulls Charities garage sales
- Oversee daily operations of the Chicago Bulls Charities 50/50 Raffle
- Maintain records and track data related to events and activations
- Support game day activities including pre-game and on-court activations
- Assist with staff programming such as orientation and seasonal initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in sales/retail, non-profit, communications, entertainment or sports preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive team player with eagerness to learn and ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving aptitude under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating teamwork, collaboration, responsiveness, and creativity
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage of $20 with eligibility for overtime pay
- Relocation stipend available for candidates moving to Illinois

Additional Information
This position is not eligible for full-time remote work; candidates should currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Chicago area. Work hours may extend beyond typical business hours and include weekends.
