Role Overview

The Consultant role in EVERSANA's Management Consulting division integrates deep life sciences industry knowledge with expertise in market analysis and strategic advisory. Serving a varied client base in biopharma, medical technology, and digital therapeutics, this role provides comprehensive commercialization support from strategy to execution across multiple therapy areas.

Consultants participate in diverse projects involving brand strategy, market access, product innovation, corporate development, pricing, and analytics. You'll engage with senior leaders, work cross-functionally, and contribute to high-impact commercialization initiatives globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted secondary research including data analysis and desk research with limited supervision
• Lead primary research efforts such as interviews with key opinion leaders and payers to derive strategic insights
• Synthesize complex information to formulate clear, actionable recommendations for clients
• Manage project workstreams independently, ensuring deadlines are met and junior colleagues assisted when required
• Produce high-quality client communications including presentations and financial models
• Articulate findings and proposals clearly through written and verbal communication
• Contribute to firm capability building and infrastructure enhancement
• Support a culture of high performance and inclusion, demonstrating commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
• Fulfill other duties as assigned to support organizational goals

Working Conditions

The position entails standard office hours from Monday to Friday, approximately 40 hours weekly, with occasional extended hours to meet client deadlines. Some travel may be necessary to engage with clients and stakeholders. The work environment is primarily office-based, involving extended periods of sitting, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, life sciences, or engineering with strong academic performance
• Minimum of one year experience in life science consulting, managing multiple projects and associate-level tasks
• A solid enthusiasm for and understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree from a highly ranked institution is advantageous

Compensation & Benefits
