Overview
Are you passionate about music and excel at organizing complex creative processes? Join as a Content Operations Manager where you'll play a crucial role in managing and streamlining a dynamic content and production function, ensuring smooth execution of creative projects.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee a high-volume annual content schedule, managing timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and production logistics.
- Coordinate workflows and processes, providing operational support to creative teams to focus on content creation.
- Manage and facilitate social media publishing and community engagement activities.
- Organize logistics for studio sessions and on-location shoots to support production requirements.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Strong project management skills with a natural aptitude for organization and proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to bring structure to complexity and adapt fluidly between planning, coordination, and hands-on production support.
- Experience or comfort working within content, media, or production environments.
- A genuine enthusiasm for music and creativity, preferably with personal creative experience such as musician, producer, sound engineer, or DJ.
- Understanding of the unique workflows and dynamics within creative teams.
Additional Information
Salary ranges from 50,000 to 60,000, based in Dusseldorf. This is a full-time onsite opportunity ideal for candidates who lead organizational efforts within creative projects, maintaining momentum and coordination.
