Role Overview
This position involves translating CEO priorities into actionable tasks, supervising strategic initiatives and internal enhancements, and supporting the establishment of holding companies, special purpose vehicles (SPVs), subsidiaries, family trusts, and corporate restructuring projects. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders including consultants, legal and tax advisors, banks, and authorities to ensure smooth project progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and implement CEO directives into clear timelines and deliverables.
- Manage and monitor progress of internal improvement and strategic projects.
- Facilitate the setup and management of holding companies, SPVs, subsidiaries, family trusts, and related restructuring efforts.
- Act as liaison between internal teams and external consultants, legal/tax advisors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain comprehensive records such as project trackers, action logs, meeting minutes, and decision records.
- Ensure follow-ups with all stakeholders and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Identify potential delays, risks, and dependencies and report these promptly to the CEO.
- Prepare succinct weekly dashboards and management updates.
- Handle all sensitive business, legal, financial, and familial information with the utmost confidentiality.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory; MBA or project management certifications are beneficial.
- Possess 4 to 8 years of pertinent experience in project management, consulting, CEO-office support, governance, or business transformation, including a minimum of two years in UAE or GCC regions.
- Experience interacting with legal professionals, tax consultants, auditors, corporate services, banks, government authorities, and senior management is preferred.
- Background in real estate, holding companies, family enterprises, SPVs, or corporate restructuring is advantageous.

- Professional demeanor and confidence while engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
Language Requirements
Fluent proficiency in English both written and verbal is required.
Other Information
- Working schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, totaling 9 hours per day.
- Candidates should currently be residing in or be willing to relocate to Ajman, UAE.
