Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles with proper manual handling techniques.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of packages to specified destinations.
• Represent FedEx by providing outstanding customer service during interactions.
• Comply strictly with all safety guidelines and maintain high delivery standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Must hold full work rights to be employed in Australia.
• Possess a valid Medium Rigid (MR) vehicle license with a clean driving record (maximum of 6 demerit points in the last 3 years).
• Capability to successfully clear assessments including drug and alcohol tests, driving evaluation, criminal background check, and fitness evaluation.
• Strong focus on safety and strict adherence to procedures.
• Friendly demeanor with a positive and customer-oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in delivery roles is highly desirable.
