About the Role
Join FedEx Australia as a Courier in Tamworth, NSW. This permanent, full-time opportunity offers weekly pay without holds, 14% superannuation above your salary, 20 days of paid annual leave plus 10 days of personal leave annually, and a vehicle provided for deliveries. Key Responsibilities
- Manually loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Ensuring timely and secure delivery of packages to assigned locations
- Providing outstanding customer service as the FedEx representative
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining delivery standards
Candidate Requirements
- Legal eligibility to work full-time in Australia
- Possession of a valid Medium Rigid (MR) driver’s licence with a clean driving record (maximum six demerit points within the last three years)
- Ability to successfully clear drug and alcohol testing, driving evaluations, criminal background checks, and fitness assessments
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures
- A positive, customer-focused demeanor
- Previous experience in delivery driving is highly preferred
