Overview

Key Duties
- Follow established protocols to maintain a safe workplace, adhering to OSHA and applicable federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies.
- Keep assigned areas clean and organized, reflecting a focus on health and safety for others.
- Properly maintain and clean custodial equipment for efficient operation.
- Perform cleaning tasks to meet Aramark and client-specified standards.
- Manage trash removal by following procedures for storage and disposal and transporting waste to designated areas.
- Identify and report maintenance issues through work order requests to the relevant personnel.
- Ensure the security of facilities by correctly locking and unlocking buildings as required.
- Safeguard company assets to prevent loss or damage.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to observe safety practices including handling physical risks and exposure to chemicals.
- Maintain a positive, efficient, and welcoming attitude towards guests, clients, and colleagues.
- Be adaptable to meet the specific needs of guests and maintain excellent service standards.
- Prepared to meet physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing.
- Compliance with uniform policies and use of Personal Protective Equipment when required.
