About the Role

Role Overview
The Customer Strategy and Planning Coordinator supports the customer strategy team by managing various projects, from creating presentations to handling detailed spreadsheets. You will collaborate closely with customer teams to oversee project communications and timelines, ensuring key deliverables are met for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in compiling the annual detailed sales forecast and monthly updates, coordinating with RGM and Finance to ensure accurate volume and net revenue planning by product and customer within the region.
- Contribute essential inputs to the monthly S&OP process, including customer insights, category analysis, distribution and promotion plans, and assessment of sales risks and opportunities.
- Track daily and weekly consumption against forecasts for assigned divisions and analyze variances from projected plans.
- Maintain internal trackers for customer sales teams, providing headquarters with visibility into innovation timelines, meeting schedules, and activation plans.
- Identify planning prospects alongside RGM using tools such as volume planners, trade planning systems, syndicated data, and trade spending objectives.
- Proactively detect forecast gaps by comparing syndicated consumption data to projected sales per customer.
- Ensure all internal planning and communication resources remain current with promotional, distribution, meeting, and innovation activities.
- Collaborate with customer teams on post-promotion reviews to refine future plans based on collected insights.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum of one year experience in executive administrative roles or project coordination.
- Proficiency in Excel at a basic level.
- Keen interest in consumer behavior analysis.
- High attention to detail with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly and excel in a dynamic, changing environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for business needs.
Additional Information

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range is between $55,000 and $70,000, depending on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. An annual incentive of approximately 7.5% is offered, reflecting market-competitive performance targets. A comprehensive benefits package may also be available, subject to position and eligibility.
