Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Customer Support Executives for our team in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. This opportunity suits those eager to assist customers with travel-related inquiries and complaints, both before and after their journeys.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer queries related to global travel issues.
- Handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers effectively.
- Ensure timely closure of faults and complaints adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshoot routine problems by following established precedents and general guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification: Completion of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or any graduation degree.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages is mandatory.
- No prior experience necessary; freshers are encouraged to apply.
