Position Overview

The Data Analyst role is vital within the Audiences & Data team, supporting the delivery of accurate analysis, reporting, and insights. This position partners with the Advanced Analytics Lead to create statistical analyses and models that guide commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily analytical and insightful outputs by converting business needs into structured data analysis.
• Examine extensive multi-source datasets to determine trends, patterns, and factors influencing performance.
• Assist in implementing advanced statistical models such as regression, segmentation, and multivariate analyses.
• Conduct data preparation, cleaning, and validation to ensure model accuracy, identifying any data quality concerns proactively.
• Develop and update dashboards and reports utilizing tools like Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate closely with insight, commercial, and product teams to address their data analytical requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in data analysis, analytics, or insight roles.
• Proficiency with SQL and data examination using Excel, Python, or R.
• Competence in creating dashboards or visualizations through Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
• Practical exposure to statistical modeling methods such as regression, segmentation, and factor analysis.
• Experience handling survey, audience, marketing, or perception datasets.
• A working understanding of media, advertising, brand, or marketing effectiveness analytics.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms.

Working Arrangements

This position follows a hybrid working model, combining remote and on-site work, subject to company policy and managerial agreement. Adjustments may be made based on business needs with reasonable advance notice.
