Job Overview
Insight Global is hiring a Data Entry Clerk based in San Antonio, TX. This position plays a crucial role in supporting organizational modeling activities by extracting and accurately entering essential data from plan sheets. Key tasks include reviewing architectural and engineering drawings to capture dimensions, conduit sizes, callouts, and other vital details for digital entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze plan sheets to identify relevant data such as measurements, conduit dimensions, and callouts.
- Perform large-scale data entry, processing about 60 to 70 plan sheets daily.
- Use Revit software to assist and finalize data related to drawings.
- Work independently to ensure precise and consistent data input.
- Maintain organization and efficiency to meet set daily productivity targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adjust working hours as necessary.
- Capability to operate independently in a fast-paced setting.
