About TalentPop App and the Role

TalentPop App invites meticulous and motivated individuals to join as a Data Entry & Reporting Associate. This position plays a critical role in organizing essential data and turning it into insightful reports that drive smart decision-making within our remote-first, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Precisely entering and updating data across multiple internal platforms ensuring consistency.
Validating and cleansing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Creating reports via spreadsheets or dashboard tools to reveal trends and key metrics.
Collaborating with teams by providing timely and accurate data support.
Enhancing and streamlining data processing workflows and documentation.
Maintaining strict confidentiality with all sensitive information handled.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

At least one year of experience in data entry, reporting, or administrative roles.
Skilled in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and chart creation.
Strong organizational abilities paired with great attention to detail.
Analytical thinking with an aptitude for interpreting data and identifying patterns.
Effective communication skills and self-motivated work approach suitable for remote work.

Technical Prerequisites

Own a PC or laptop with adequate processing capabilities.
Ensure a stable internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps speed for upload and download.
