Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks approximately 60% of the time.
- Conduct outbound calling constituting about 40% of the daily activities.
- Engage in days with exclusive data entry without any telephone communication as required.
Additional Details
- Training sessions are delivered according to Eastern Time.
- No leave is allowed during the initial two-week training period.
- Availability from Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM local time is mandatory, with potential adjustments to the schedule.
- Must be proficient in essential Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
