Role Overview

Delivery Drivers at GSF Car Parts serve as vital members of the team, representing the company brand while delivering vehicle parts to customers with high standards of customer care. They provide valuable feedback from customers and help ensure that products arrive on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver products to customer locations within a 40-mile radius of the branch
Maintain consistently excellent customer service during all deliveries
Report relevant information about customer needs and competitor activity to the branch
Properly load delivery vehicles following company procedures
Collect returned items from customers when necessary
Carry out daily vehicle maintenance and checks
Support warehouse operations as needed
Assist with deliveries between branches occasionally

Working Hours

Average of 41 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with alternate Saturdays required.

Candidate Profile

Possession of a full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points
At least three years of driving experience
Strong familiarity with the 40-mile delivery area around the branch
Previous experience in a delivery driver position
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service consistently
Excellent time management and punctuality
Customer-focused attitude with motivation to exceed expectations
