Opportunity Overview

This role is ideal for individuals enthusiastic about beginning a career in dental care, even those without prior experience.

Working Schedule and Salary

• Monday to Friday: 5 PM to 8:30 PM
• Saturday: 9 AM to 5 PM
• Monthly Salary Range: Rs. 5000 to Rs. 7000

Education and Eligibility

Minimum educational qualification is completion of 12th grade. Candidates must be at least 14 years old. Basic computer skills are an advantage but not mandatory.

Training Provided

Selected candidates will undergo a one-month training covering dental assistance, relevant software usage, communication skills, sterilization procedures, record maintenance, patient interaction, and other necessary responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities

• Support dentists during medical procedures.
• Prepare dental instruments and assist with documentation.
• Manage patient care by welcoming and comforting patients before and after treatment, fostering a friendly environment.
• Ensure dental tools and equipment are cleaned and sterilized properly to maintain safety.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating records, inventory management, and billing.
• Maintain accurate patient files for compliance and ongoing care.
• Implement infection control and hygiene standards.
• Manage front-desk operations including handling mails, messages, and phone communications.
