As a Developer Relationship Manager, you will serve as the technical link between Lexsi.ai and its developer community. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to help developers, ML engineers, and data scientists succeed through demos, tutorials, community engagement, and feedback that improves the developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent Lexsi.ai publicly as a technical speaker at meetups, conferences, podcasts, webinars, and developer communities.
• Plan and run developer-focused events such as meetups, workshops, hackathons, and community AMAs that encourage adoption.
• Produce advocacy content including demos, talks, tutorials, and hands-on technical walkthroughs.
• Create and keep up-to-date reference apps, starter templates, and integration samples that developers can easily use and adapt.
• Answer developer questions on GitHub discussions/issues and in community spaces to remove blockers and build confidence.
• Gather feedback, pain points, and feature ideas from developers and turn them into clear inputs for product and engineering teams.
• Assist product launches with developer-friendly release notes, announcements, upgrade guidance, and “what’s new” materials.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to build, troubleshoot, and explain working systems.
• Comfort using APIs, developer tools, and modern AI/ML workflows in environments close to production.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly in both writing and live presentations to technical audiences.
• Experience presenting a technical product through talks, demos, workshops, or community-facing leadership.
• Capability to independently plan and execute community programs such as meetups, hackathons, or developer enablement initiatives.
• Strong empathy for developers and a solid sense of what a great developer experience should feel like.
• Background with ML frameworks or MLOps tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, or Kubeflow is a plus.
• Exposure to LLMs, agentic systems, evaluation tooling, or AI platform products is preferred.
• Open-source contributions or experience maintaining developer-facing projects is an advantage.
• Experience creating technical videos, livestream demos, or practical training sessions is a plus.
• Startup experience with high ownership, fast execution, and ambiguous problem solving is beneficial.

Additional information

This is a full-time, onsite role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The position is focused on technical community engagement and developer enablement for an AI platform environment.
