Role Overview

Joining as a Digital Designer on the Product Design team, you will be responsible for crafting refined visual designs that enliven our brands across advertising, campaigns, and various products. Your key focus will be on producing polished UI mockups, icons, illustrations, and image assets that maintain a cohesive and superior visual standard.

This position entails close engagement with Product Design and Marketing teams to enhance brand aesthetics while enabling swift, quality outputs. It's an excellent chance for early career designers to establish solid expertise in visual design, brand identity systems, and collaborative cross-functional workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design UI mockups tailored for advertising and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Create icons, illustrations, and image assets that support digital efforts, product marketing, and branding initiatives.
• Adapt and implement brand guidelines consistently across various brands and platforms.
• Gain hands-on experience applying design systems, motion graphics, and AI-driven tools via project delivery and feedback.
• Participate actively in creative workflows, including design reviews, sprint meetings, and teamwork across departments.
• Manage reusable libraries for assets, templates, and icon/illustration collections to streamline scalable production.
• Cooperate with Marketing, Brand, and Product teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards of assets.

Required Skills and Strengths

• Demonstrated proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong capabilities in iconography, illustration, and production of image assets.
• Familiarity with creating UI mockups specifically for marketing or advertising campaigns.
• Solid understanding of design principles such as layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
• Capacity to juggle multiple simultaneous briefs spanning different brands and communication channels.
• Keen attention to detail with an ability to produce production-ready work promptly.
