Job Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Dispatch Executive to effectively manage and coordinate the daily dispatch activities. The role includes overseeing stock inward processes, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels, performing periodic inventory audits, and reconciling physical stock with record data. The candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans while maintaining ERP entries for both incoming and outgoing stock transactions. Close coordination with the production team is required to ensure timely order readiness, alongside managing transporter communications and supervising loading processes. Keeping detailed dispatch records and assisting with basic Management Information System (MIS) reporting will also be expected.
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with ERP software such as Tally, Busy, Marg, or other custom ERP systems.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise effectively across teams.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of GST billing procedures and e-way bill generation.
