Job Overview
We are seeking full-time Diploma holders to join as Dispatch & Logistics Executives at our Gummidipoondi location. This position focuses on supporting dispatch and logistics activities related to transmission line structures, ensuring smooth coordination for the timely and accurate delivery of materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage loading and dispatch operations for transmission line materials, including tower types.
- Prepare and authenticate E-Way Bills, delivery challans, and other dispatch-related documentation.
- Monitor shipment progress and communicate status updates to project and site teams.
- Maintain detailed dispatch records utilizing MS Excel or ERP systems.
- Liaise effectively with production units, warehouses, and transportation providers.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in Mechanical or any relevant specialization.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in logistics is advantageous.
- Basic familiarity with GST regulations, E-Way Bills, and general logistics processes.
- Proficient in MS Excel and general computer applications.
- Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
- Fundamental understanding of dispatch and transportation workflows.
