Role Overview

The company is seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist with a minimum of five years of experience working within the UAE, specifically in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. This role entails managing and overseeing the entire e-commerce cycle for multiple major platforms.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage the end-to-end e-commerce process including account opening, product listings, catalogue management, pricing strategies, promotional activities, inventory coordination, and order fulfilment.
• Effectively handle order processing from receipt through to delivery and closure, ensuring seamless operations.
• Monitor sales performance, stock availability, returns, customer complaints, and overall platform effectiveness to optimise results.
• Develop and maintain strong marketplace operations, digital marketing initiatives, and online business development strategies.
• Prepare detailed sales reports analyzing revenue and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide business decisions.
• Maintain clear and confident communication, negotiation, and coordination with various stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least five years of relevant experience in e-commerce within the UAE market.
• Demonstrated strong background in the FMCG industry.
• Hands-on experience managing accounts on prominent e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Talabat, Deliveroo, Instashop, and others.
