The Executive Assistant role is based at the Dublin Cherrywood office to support the Managing Director for Europe and the newly growing European team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert, high-level administrative and professional support requiring comprehensive understanding of functional processes.
  • Evaluate, interpret, and respond to queries from internal teams and customers regarding applicable policies and procedures, ensuring workflow and service standards are maintained.
  • Prepare and compile reports for executive management review.
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports efficiently.
  • Create engaging decks and presentations to aid communication and meetings.
  • Coordinate and organize administrative tasks and maintain team documentation and files.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years experience as an executive or administrative assistant.
  • Excellent organizational abilities coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
