Role overview
Anglo-Eastern is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director/Technical Director in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. This position is based in Singapore and focuses on keeping schedules, records, travel, and reporting activities running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director/Technical Director as needed.
- Create and maintain documentation, including PowerPoint presentations, filing systems, and other relevant records.
- Process travel-related expenses and personal claims.
- Arrange travel and accommodation.
- Coordinate reports and ensure they are completed and submitted on time.
- Manage petty cash, including reimbursement tracking and replenishment of funds.
- Organise the MD/TD calendar and schedule meetings.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support.
- Prior experience in ship management or the maritime sector is preferred.
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) areas will be an advantage.
