Position Overview
As a Field Execution Representative, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Celsius across various retail channels, such as grocery stores, specialty outlets, health clubs, and convenience stores. Reporting to the Regional Manager, your role involves merchandising, marketing initiatives, and customer interaction to maintain and grow shelf presence in your market.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies to promote Celsius products effectively.
- Visit target accounts regularly, making 15-20 calls daily.
- Coordinate with store managers to place point-of-sale displays and secure end caps or PDQs.
- Communicate prospective sales leads and incremental opportunities to the territory manager.
- Increase product distribution within store guidelines and manager approval.
- Ensure that shelves, cold vaults, and standalone coolers are properly stocked and merchandised according to brand standards.
- Rotate stock according to account-specific requirements.
- Manage point-of-sale materials as approved by account managers.
- Support new store openings and store reset projects as needed.
- Conduct product demos upon request to engage customers.
- Maintain an organized list of key accounts to support weekly and monthly planning.
- Use the Celsius sales app to log calls and submit weekly reports including mileage and photos.
- Communicate regularly with territory sales, district, and regional managers.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising; prior merchandising experience is advantageous.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Availability for a 40-hour work week from Wednesday through Sunday.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid U.S. driver's license, a clean driving record, and personal vehicle. Vehicle allowance provided.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Residency within the assigned market county is mandatory.
Working Hours & Location
This is a full-time, field-based role requiring presence in Houston and Missouri City, Texas markets, from Wednesday to Sunday.
