Role overview

Boss Technical Services is hiring an enthusiastic Field Testing Engineer to carry out on-site inspection and testing of construction machinery across active project locations. The position calls for a Mechanical Engineering background, the ability to travel frequently, and ownership of a two-wheeler.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out field testing of construction machinery in line with applicable standards.
• Gather test samples, record findings, and prepare inspection reports.
• Work closely with site engineers, contractors, and clients to coordinate testing activities.
• Keep testing records accurate and well organized.
• Follow quality requirements and safety guidelines at all times.
• Visit project sites across Delhi/NCR as required.
• Independent openings are available for Gurgaon and Noida, and candidates from these regions will be preferred.

Eligibility criteria

• Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Both freshers and experienced professionals may apply.
• Own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.
• Be ready to travel to construction sites regularly.
• Have strong communication and reporting abilities.
