Situated in the distinguished Dubai International Finance Centre, the Four Seasons Hotel DIFC offers a boutique stay ideal for business travelers and city explorers. The intimate hotel features 106 rooms, including 28 suites, blending artistic style with iconic positioning. Four Seasons is dedicated to surpassing high standards in Dubai's competitive luxury market, presenting candidates with unparalleled personal and professional advancement prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and organize daily housekeeping operations efficiently.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to uphold cleanliness quality.
• Delegate tasks and supervise housekeeping team performance.
• Provide training and continual support to housekeeping staff members.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and manage complaint resolutions.
• Monitor and maintain inventories of cleaning products, linens, and amenities.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hotel policies and standards.
• Identify maintenance issues and coordinate with the necessary departments for resolution.
• Follow Four Seasons’ prescribed work rules and conduct standards as outlined in EmPact.

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience serving in a similar position within a 5-star luxury hotel setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.

Work Schedule
