About the Role

Join Paisabazaar, a leading consumer credit marketplace part of PB Fintech Group, known for its strong consumer focus and market leadership. We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Full Stack Developer to bolster our technology team located in Gurugram. This role involves crafting scalable and high-performance web applications, encompassing front-end and back-end development to enhance our core products and deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy robust, efficient full-stack applications that scale effectively.
• Produce clean, maintainable code adhering to industry best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with product teams, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and manage APIs ensuring effective data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.
• Optimize application speed and scalability.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and update existing systems as needed.
• Engage in code reviews to uphold quality and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior developers fostering a culture of excellence and continual growth.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and promote their integration where beneficial.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong expertise with Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.
• Proficiency in React.js including hooks and related ecosystems like Redux and Context API.
• Solid experience in PHP and frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or Zend.
• Knowledge of relational database design and optimization using MySQL, including complex query structuring and indexing.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, microservices, and asynchronous programming paradigms.
• Familiarity with version control tools, especially Git.
• 3 to 5 years of professional full-stack web development experience.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Knowledge of distributed database systems like Cassandra.
• Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of containerization tools e.g. Docker, Kubernetes.
• Awareness of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within team environments in a fast-moving work setting.
