Game Mathematician

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Game Mathematician to develop and balance mathematical frameworks for six slot machine titles on the EGT platform. This role involves designing moderately complex game mechanics and features, tailored to regulated gaming environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and fine-tune mathematical models, including RTP (Return to Player), volatility levels, paytables, and feature math for slot games.
• Create and balance progressive jackpots with multi-level linked structures.
• Implement and manage advanced slot mechanics such as reel expansion and special bonus features akin to "Bell Link Boost".

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated expertise as a Game Mathematician, ideally with a focus on slots or adjacent fields such as online or live casino games, table games, or lotteries.
• Established background in developing compliant math models specifically for slot games.
• Mandatory prior experience adhering to GLI-11 technical standards.
• Proven track record working exclusively within regulated gambling markets; experience in unregulated or gray markets is not eligible.
• Strong understanding of progressive jackpot mathematics and multi-tier linked jackpot systems is highly advantageous.

Location and Engagement Details

The position is open to full-time, part-time, or project-based contributors. Preference is given to candidates based in Belgrade, Serbia, but applications from Vienna, Austria; Prague, Czech Republic; or fully remote candidates will be considered.
