Job Overview

The role requires a candidate with solid interpersonal and customer service expertise. The handyman will be responsible for conducting tune-ups and maintenance on various home appliances, replacing ceiling fans and garbage disposals, as well as general home repairs. Prior experience in home maintenance and inspections is highly favored.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out basic visual inspections and perform straightforward mechanical tests on home mechanical systems.
• Conduct routine tune-ups and maintenance on household appliances to ensure proper functioning.
• Engage with customers in a respectful, courteous, and supportive manner.
• Replace ceiling fans, garbage disposals, and execute drywall patching along with other handyman duties.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and developments.
• Travel to customer residences within Utah and Salt Lake counties.

Required Qualifications

• Between two and three years of practical experience in home repair or maintenance.
• Excellent written and oral communication capabilities.
• Well-developed organizational skills for managing tasks effectively.
• A clean driving record is mandatory.
• Physical capability to operate a vehicle and perform on-site inspections and maintenance work.
