Head Barista

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Head Barista based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to oversee our beverage operations and ensure customers receive an outstanding experience. This leadership role demands deep knowledge of specialty coffee, iced beverage creation, and team management along with a passion for innovation in drinks.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily operations of the barista team.
• Prepare and uphold high standards for coffee and specialty drink quality.
• Innovate and create unique recipes for Iced Tea and signature beverages.
• Maintain consistent taste, presentation, and quality across all drinks.
• Coach, develop, and assess barista staff performance.
• Ensure rigorous cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
• Oversee inventory management including ordering and stock control.
• Launch seasonal and inventive beverage concepts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and professionally address feedback.

Requirements

• At least 4 years’ experience as a Barista with preferred prior leadership or Head Barista roles.
• Expertise in specialty coffee brewing techniques, espresso calibration, and latte art.
• Demonstrated ability to develop premium Iced Tea flavors and distinctive cold drinks.
• Strong understanding of beverage costing, quality control, and inventory handling.
• Proven leadership, training, and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• A passion for hospitality, innovation, and exceptional guest service.
• Food Safety or Barista certifications are advantageous.
