About the Role

We are looking for dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team. This role offers the chance to stay active, maintain independence, and connect directly with customers while representing one of the most reputable companies. You'll play a pivotal part in ensuring customers receive their groceries efficiently and in excellent condition, acting as the face of Iceland Foods.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to safe loading procedures involving lifting and manual handling of goods.
• Follow safe driving practices during all deliveries.
• Carry out regular vehicle checks to maintain safety and performance.
• Ensure deliveries arrive to customers in optimal condition.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction.
• Assist with in-store tasks when necessary.
• Work independently while managing time effectively.
• Be flexible with shift patterns, which can range between 6am and 11pm.

Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least three years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude with a passion for excellent customer experience.
• Be punctual and able to meet deadlines reliably.
• Exhibit strong knowledge and awareness of road safety principles.
