Position Overview

As a member of the broader housekeeping team at Tylney Hall Hotel, you will be entrusted with maintaining a set number of guest rooms. Your role is crucial to ensuring these rooms meet exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a specific group of guest bedrooms.
• Carry out cleaning duties adhering strictly to the hotel's cleanliness, organization, and room layout standards.
• Coordinate with Linen Porters for tasks including deep cleaning, net curtain laundering, carpet special cleaning, and monitor any required maintenance follow-up.
• Oversee the use and inventory of housekeeping supplies and toiletries, alerting supervisors when stock levels need replenishing.
• Review daily arrival rosters to address any guest-specific requests such as gifts or flowers promptly.
• Regularly inspect corridor storage areas to verify proper linen stock and maintain overall tidiness.
