About the Team

The Infrastructure team is responsible for delivering comprehensive managed services and solutions that support the Group's entire Internet infrastructure and business applications. Their expertise spans architecture design, data centre operations, connectivity, cloud, networking, system administration, storage, and security. Job Description

  • Handle the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to finalizing offers and managing contract documentation.
  • Work closely with Infrastructure hiring managers to identify hiring requirements and set priorities.
  • Develop and execute proactive talent sourcing strategies to build a continuous pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.
  • Coordinate with regional HR counterparts to ensure alignment and swift execution of headcount plans.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, town halls, and recognition programs to nurture an inclusive and positive culture.
  • Craft compelling electronic direct mails and internal communications to enhance awareness and participation in HR programs.
  • Organize learning and development efforts, including workshops, content creation, and sharing sessions to promote ongoing staff growth.
  • Oversee HR operational tasks across the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding, transitions, and exits.
  • Act as the primary HR contact for Infrastructure employees, responding promptly to HR-related inquiries with clear policy guidance.
  • Support process enhancement projects involving AI-powered automation and contribute to other HR initiatives as needed.
  • Undertake other assigned HR and cross-functional projects to support operational excellence.

Qualifications
