Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and responsible individual to join as a Hub Assistant who will oversee the daily parcel sorting activities and undertake fundamental team leadership tasks. This position suits candidates eager to engage directly with logistics operations and ready to guide a team within the hub environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage parcel intake by receiving, scanning, and sorting shipments according to pincode and delivery routes.
- Ensure all shipments are tagged correctly, packaged properly, and placed appropriately for further distribution.
- Support loading and unloading of vehicles and arrange packages for efficient delivery.
- Adhere strictly to established standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational effectiveness.
