About Parere Advisory and Role Overview

Parere Advisory is an independent advisory firm specializing in family office operational development, established in 2023. The firm has successfully led over 35 family office infrastructure engagements across the U.S. and internationally. Currently, the Human Capital Advisory division is expanding rapidly and offers significant growth opportunities. This newly created role offers an early-career professional the chance to engage deeply in recruiting, organizational design, and family office human capital consulting within a remote, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate interviews for multiple concurrent search projects ensuring smooth interactions for candidates, clients, and team members.
  • Act as a consistent communication point for candidates throughout recruitment, providing timely and thoughtful updates.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms and compose candidate outreach and scheduling communications.
  • Prepare recruitment-related documentation including candidate materials, interview packets, reference summaries, and client presentations.
  • Manage background checks, reference verification, offer documents, and other pre-employment processes.
  • Track candidate progress and ensure timely advancement of all search engagements.
  • Maintain comprehensive candidate records and track hiring activities accurately.
  • Support job posting, inbound application management, and maintain recruiting dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment workflows, standard operating procedures, templates, and evaluate automation and AI tools for efficiency gains.
  • Coordinate with vendors such as recruiting agencies, PEO providers, background check services, and technology platforms.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions, interview guides, scorecards, onboarding plans, and other hiring documentation tailored for family office clients.
  • Support initiatives in organizational development, compensation benchmarking, market research, and talent mapping.
  • Prepare materials for client meetings and assist in special projects involving human capital strategy, governance, HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support across multiple client engagements involving diverse HR disciplines.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • At least five years of relevant experience in human resources, talent acquisition, HR operations, PEO services, or staffing.
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities with keen attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple priorities concurrently.
