About the Role
This part-time remote position seeks a Human Resources and Administration Specialist to contribute to a variety of HR functions within the Expert Network. The role requires a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week and focuses on supporting workforce management, policy development, and HR operations tailored to enterprise and AI-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment efforts and onboarding procedures to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Oversee the coordination of payroll and benefits administrative workflows.
- Formulate and assess HR policies to maintain compliance and consistent operational standards.
- Provide comprehensive documentation and guidance concerning HR best practices.
- Work asynchronously with various stakeholders on workforce planning and administrative tasks.
- Utilize HR expertise to aid research initiatives and enterprise projects driven by artificial intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional experience in human resources operations, talent acquisition, or administrative management.
- Knowledge of payroll systems, benefits management, and relevant compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills.
- Capability to operate independently within a remote, project-focused work environment.
