Overview
We are searching for a seasoned and strategic Human Resources Director to lead and revamp the HR department for our automotive operations. The successful candidate will act as an integral member of the leadership team, spearheading organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategies, leadership growth, and employee engagement to support overall business expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement an HR strategy aligned with the company's corporate goals and long-term business roadmap.
- Oversee comprehensive HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Succession Planning.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to deliver strategic workforce insights and human capital solutions.
- Create talent management frameworks to attract, nurture, and retain top performers across automotive sales, aftersales, service centers, parts operations, and administrative roles.
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives, change management programs, and enhancement of company culture.
- Set up and track HR performance indicators, productivity measurements, and employee engagement efforts.
- Manage competitive compensation and benefits strategies that align with market standards and promote retention.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and relevant employment regulations.
- Drive workforce planning and Saudization efforts consistent with the company's objectives.
- Develop leadership pipelines and establish succession plans for vital business positions.
- Manage HR budgets and improve efficiency of HR operations across multiple sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
- Master's degree such as MBA or HRM is strongly preferred.
- Professional certifications like SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD Level 7, or equivalents are highly valued.
- At least 12 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Experience in the Automotive industry, Automotive Retail, Dealership, Mobility, or Industrial sectors is essential.
- Proven capability managing extensive and regionally dispersed teams.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation & benefits, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Successful track record of directing organizational change and transformation projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of Saudi Labor Law, Saudization policies, and HR governance.
- Outstanding leadership abilities, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Experience with advanced HRIS systems, HR analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
Preferred Background
- Experience working in a multi-location automotive dealership network.
- Familiarity with OEM environments such as Toyota, Hyundai, Ford, Nissan, GM, Stellantis, etc.
- Proven record of supporting rapid business development and leading organizational transformation.
