About Whizz HR

Whizz HR is seeking a driven Human Resources Executive to lead and manage all functions within the Human Resources department while supporting employees across various teams. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment with ample opportunities for career progression.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and enhance the company's HR operations through planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations policies, programs, and practices.
  • Establish goals for the HR team, monitor progress through measurable metrics, and manage HR databases and systems efficiently.
  • Maintain organizational work structure by updating job descriptions and requirements.
  • Implement and communicate new company policies effectively.
  • Serve as a consultant to managers and staff on policy, procedural, and regulatory matters.

Requirements

  • Ability to formulate and implement fair and clear company policies.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and sound decision-making skills.
  • Strong team leadership and management capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
