Human Resources Manager

About the Role

GFS Developments is seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee the entire human resources function as the company expands its real estate ventures throughout the UAE. This role involves managing the complete HR cycle—from recruiting exceptional talent to fostering a structured, compliant, and motivating work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive recruitment and onboarding processes for sales, marketing, construction, and operations teams.
• Formulate and implement HR policies in accordance with UAE Labour Law and real estate sector norms.
• Manage employee relations, including disciplinary procedures and resolving grievances.
• Supervise attendance monitoring, leave management, and performance evaluations across various departments.
• Collaborate with the Finance department to coordinate payroll and employee benefits.
• Oversee visa processing, contract management, and renewals for both local and international hires.
• Maintain meticulous HR documentation and records.
• Design and conduct training initiatives to enhance team capabilities across the organization.
• Assist senior management with strategic workforce planning for new project launches.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 2 years of HR experience within a UAE-based real estate developer or property management company.
• Comprehensive understanding of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE guidelines, and visa regulations.
• Proven expertise in recruiting across various disciplines including sales, technical, and administrative roles.
• Strong communication abilities, a commitment to confidentiality, and leadership competence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
