About the Role
Join Canva's Global Implementation team as a pivotal member guiding enterprise customers through a 45-day implementation journey. This role centers on ensuring seamless product adoption by acting as a trusted product expert and advisor. Responsibilities include managing product configuration, customized training, and driving user engagement to maximize product value.
Team Overview
The Implementation team plays a critical role in helping organizations unlock Canva Enterprise’s full capabilities, streamlining workflows, ensuring brand consistency, speeding campaign launches, and promoting design autonomy along with security and scalability. Together, this global team enhances customer success through effective implementation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive expertise in Canva’s product within 30 days and become the primary advisor for customers.
- Lead complex enterprise onboarding processes, including configuring accounts with SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, and domain verification to ensure customers realize platform value.
- Collaborate 1:1 with clients to design rollout plans tailored to their business goals and Canva best practices, ensuring smooth launches.
- Manage customer timelines and foster engagement, aligning product use with activation targets by understanding their needs.
- Partner to refine implementation procedures and best practices, contributing to team-wide process improvements.
- Work closely with Customer Education and Product teams to enhance Help Center resources and product experience based on customer use cases.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about empowering customers through technology adoption. Strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects independently while maintaining organization are essential. Openness to working across diverse cultures and global time zones is important.
Required Experience and Skills
- 3-5+ years of experience implementing SaaS or enterprise software for large, multi-region organizations, managing strategic and complex deployments with a consultative approach.
- Proficient or quick to learn technical configurations, including enterprise identity management such as SSO/SAML, SCIM, domain verification, and admin/API setups.
- Strong project management skills to scope, plan, and execute multi-phase projects with cross-functional coordination and executive visibility.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences and relationship building.
- Creative and resourceful problem solver, inquisitive about understanding underlying customer needs.
- Ability to engage senior decision-makers, influence cross-functional teams, and align diverse stakeholders from executives to frontline employees.
- Exceptional autonomy in prioritizing, organizing, and managing several initiatives with keen attention to detail.
- Primary regional responsibility in North America, with occasional support for Europe, Middle East, and Africa, requiring comfort with cross-time zone and cultural collaboration.
