Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated IT Field Support Engineer to become part of our IT department. The successful candidate will excel at resolving technical problems and delivering outstanding end-user assistance. This position involves supporting hardware and software such as desktops, laptops, printers, and enterprise applications, while diagnosing and fixing issues related to hardware, software, operating systems, and networks to guarantee prompt solutions and smooth user interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements
