Job Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for various IT openings in Australia.
• Engage actively with onsite candidates and agencies, ensuring clear and professional communication both verbally and in writing.
• Utilize social media platforms and Boolean search techniques to source and attract qualified IT candidates.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience with end-to-end recruitment process, particularly recruiting for IT positions within Australia or the US.
• Ability to work effectively from a home-based setup.
• Strong understanding of IT concepts to accurately assess candidate fitment.
• Confidence in liaising with candidates and recruitment agencies onsite.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Mandatory skills in social media recruiting strategies and Boolean search methodologies.
