Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Machine Supervisor to join our team in Surat, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up molds, adjusting machine parameters, optimizing processing cycle times, resolving product defects, and managing shift operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and configure molding machines by setting up molds accurately.
- Adjust machine parameters to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Streamline cycle times to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve defects or errors occurring during the molding process.
- Oversee and coordinate shift activities to maintain smooth operation of the molding line.
Additional Information
Compensation ranges from INR 20,000 to INR 45,000 per month, reflecting experience and expertise.
