Position Summary
We are looking to hire an Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Shout Services, operating from our Rajendra Place office in New Delhi. This role demands a candidate with prior experience in telesales or inside sales and proficiency in English and Hindi communication.
Key Responsibilities
The primary duties involve engaging customers over calls, demonstrating excellent negotiation skills, and contributing effectively to sales targets through business development activities.
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in telesales or inside sales roles.
- Strong proficiency in English and Hindi communication.
- Superior sales aptitude and ability to negotiate deals successfully.
- Comfortability and confidence in making outbound sales calls.
Compensation and Benefits
The offered remuneration is aligned with prevailing industry norms along with incentives, with the potential to earn up to ₹80,000 per month based on performance.
