Role Overview

The Interior Designer will engage directly with clients to comprehend their design needs, lifestyle preferences, and budget constraints. Responsibilities include developing innovative space planning, layouts, and interior concepts, as well as preparing detailed 2D drawings and 3D renderings through advanced design software.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult clients to capture design requirements, lifestyle details, and financial parameters.
• Design creative spatial plans, layouts, and concept development.
• Create 2D and 3D visualizations using appropriate design platforms.
• Choose suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements.
• Draft comprehensive working drawings and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers throughout project implementation.
• Perform on-site visits to verify design execution accuracy.
• Oversee project deadlines and maintain high standards of design quality.
• Present concepts to clients, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly.
• Ensure prompt completion of projects while sustaining excellent client satisfaction.

Experience and Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Have 2 to 5 years of experience specializing in residential interior design; highly skilled fresh graduates with compelling portfolios are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion or Enscape, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Extensive understanding of materials, modular furnishings, and interior detailing.
• Strong communication, presentation abilities, and client management skills.
• Capability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and adhere to schedules.
