Interior Designer

Role Overview

Nabina Group is seeking a creative, detail-focused Interior Designer to support its expanding team in Doha. The company works across building materials, interior solutions, and customized kitchens, wardrobes, and doors in Qatar. The right candidate will be able to turn client ideas into interior spaces that are practical, well-finished, and visually strong.

This position is suited to someone who has handled residential, commercial, or retail interiors and is comfortable managing work from the initial concept stage through final execution.

Design Development

• Build original interior concepts, mood boards, and efficient space plans.
• Prepare furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and other detailed design drawings.
• Develop tailored kitchen, wardrobe, and broader interior solutions based on client needs.
• Choose appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, hardware, and decorative accessories.

3D Visualization and Presentations

• Create accurate 3D models and realistic visual renderings for client review.
• Put together presentation materials that clearly explain the design direction.

Technical Documentation

• Produce shop drawings and production drawings with strong technical accuracy.
• Work closely with production and installation teams to maintain design intent.
• Ensure all drawings align with project requirements and execution standards.

Site Coordination

• Visit sites to take measurements and review project progress.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site personnel throughout the project.
• Address site-related design challenges and confirm implementation follows approved drawings.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture is required.
• Applicants should bring 3 to 5 years of professional interior design experience.
• Experience in kitchens, wardrobes, doors, joinery, or fit-out work is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, D5 Render, Adobe Photoshop, and preferably 3ds Max with Corona is expected.
• Solid understanding of materials, finishes, and interior detailing is necessary.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills are important.
• The role requires the ability to manage several projects at once and meet deadlines.
• Candidates must already be based in Qatar.
• NOC for transfer is preferred.
