Role Overview

The Singapore Transport team manages the growth and operations of Singapore's Mobility business, including services like JustGrab, GrabCar, and GrabCar Premium. Their focus is to develop strategies surrounding customer demand, driver supply, pricing, and marketplace dynamics, along with spearheading product launches and targeted projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply strategic and analytical methodologies to generate actionable insights and recommendations, including areas such as customer segmentation, demand and supply strategies, and channel optimization.
• Analyze marketplace dynamics related to demand, supply, and pricing to enhance business objectives like revenue growth and service quality.
• Collaborate within the team to address critical business challenges by combining comprehensive analysis with practical operational awareness.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Regional Strategy, Partner Operations, and Marketing teams to execute strategic initiatives.
• Design and conduct A/B testing to refine project effectiveness and identify optimal solutions for rollout.

Candidate Profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Information Science, Engineering, or similar disciplines.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, capable of executing advanced functions and data examinations.
• Demonstrates problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset, eager to quickly learn and unravel the causes of issues, and works collaboratively with diverse teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Openness to learning SQL, with additional programming skills in Python considered advantageous.
