Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Scheduling Manager to oversee inventory control, production scheduling, material requirement planning (MRP), and procurement coordination. The role is based at Noida Sector 80 and demands comprehensive management of bill of materials (BOM), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, work in progress (WIP), and management information systems (MIS).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory management operations and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely adherence.
• Coordinate material procurements aligning with production demands.
• Implement and manage MRP and ERP processes effectively.
• Manage shop floor activities including issue management and kitting processes.
• Ensure work in progress tracking and MIS reporting are accurate and up to date.
• Maintain schedule adherence throughout the production cycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a graduate in any discipline.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with MSL (Material Stock Levels), shop floor issue handling, and kitting operations.
